“Hoverboard has a fault and had to send back for an engineer to look at. The customer service has been great via email however we had to pay our own postage to send the hoverboard back. We haven’t heard yet if it is fixable but there is a 1 year warranty so I’m hopeful we will either get a fix or replacement. Again customer service has been great so far, so fingers crossed it’s a fix or replacement we get soon!”

“I love the scooter. The seat the lights everything. I don't like the fact that less than a month later I'm having to send back because the motor keeps cutting out. But the customer service and the help received is phenomenal”

“I just bought it. Amazing scooter, fast delivery. But scooter has issues. Getting in touch with company. Will give 5 stars if problem solved. Hopefully it's just mine. My friend have same and it's absolutely perfect.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a board and it came damaged. Charged it, one side of the board turns on, the other does not. Have not been able to use it at all. It must have been dropped during transportation, because something inside is rattling. Their site says returns must be made within 7 days, YET its been over a month and I still can't get someone to answer me! Only response I got was 9 days later saying they would send me a return label within 2 hours, and I never even got that! My kids are so upset. Paid over $150 and I've spent over a month sending emails and texts trying to get a replacement. Nothing but crockets from them. Churp churp. There is no number listed for me to call. At this point, I just want my money back. But no luck there. Finally had to contact the bank to dispute the charge. Then the bank provides a number to call the company, the number doesn't work. Go figure. This site is a joke. Unprofessional.”

“Granddaughter (9) ecstatic with her hover board with seat and takes every opportunity to zoom around the area. It is the best gift I've every bought her and gives her plenty of freedom as she is not a bike enthusiast. Just need to stop 'hovering' around to make sure all is safe and well. I'll get better. Really recommend and seat is a great addition.”

“Without question the worst company I have ever dealt with. £300 hoverboard and kart that after being sent back and forth for repair (at a cost of £15 to me for postage !) they have admitted the board overheats and shuts down and from their diagnostics they say the battery will run for 24 minutes use on a full charge and think this is enough time/value for money for a 10 year old child that wants to play out on it. Customer service is a disgrace and I would highly recommend you shop elsewhere as for the money you pay the products are cheap tat and the customer service reflects this. Stay away........”

“I bought two 10” models. The devices are good and work well, but one broke within 3 months. It has been fixed but costs £15 to return. Their customer service was absolutely fine, and easy to deal with.”

“Within 9 days (2 days bank holiday) I had my 9 year olds hoverboard assessed diagnosed fixed and returned- all at a reasonable price. Can’t ask for better than that. Staff helpful and efficient. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended and will reuse if needed.”
