“Absolutely disgusting company. My son used the kart for a short while on Christmas day. Paint started coming off all over the board. The kart is attached correctly, there is only one way this can be attached. The foam pads are in the correct place. (Both of these points they accused me of doing wrong) The main problem is when you accelerate at full speed, the metal base of the seat (which has no padding to protect the kart) comes into contact with the kart. This has damaged the board & chipped loads of paint off. On top of this there is paint coming off all over. To which they replied that this is because of how its applied. Totally unacceptable. They have stopped replying to my emails & the phone number on the site does not work. I have sent countless photos showing everything fitted correctly & a video showing the damage. Please avoid this joke of a company. My son is so gutted his main present is ruined after first use.”

“The actual hoverboard is ok. However the hoverboard did not arrive before Christmas despite their website offering next day delivery on the 22/12/22. I contacted customer service, they were very argumentative and didn't properly read my emails. I noticed that following my email the next day delivery icon disappeared from their website.”

“Placed an order on 26th December 2022, that was advertised to be delivered same day. One week after, order yet to be delivered. Requested for order cancellation was then made on the 28th of December and till date no refund has been made.”

“I am yet to receive my order so i cannot comment on the product at this point. I can comment on delivery though and its not been the best as i am yet to receive any information onthe delivery of my items and its been 4 days now 😞”

“Super fast delivery & superb customer service with any return or query. Have purchased 3 hoverboards over the years & recently sent 1 back for repair, the customer services even arrange for a return on my behalf with a courier. Definitely a good reputable company in my eyes.”

“So far it seems to be working fine I’ve only tried it for 5 minutes to check it looked ok before wi give it to my son for his birthday on the 3rd but so far it looks good. I just say the delivery over the Christmas period was amazing ! I was expecting it to take a few days for the product to get to me but I ordered it and it came with 24 hours I was amazed.”

“Delievery was really quick, very impressed, I gave it a little test when it was delivered how ever it is my daughter birthday present for tomorow (new years day) so not been fully tested out but it looks fab so far”
