“The chair is ok so far but they advertise free returns for 90 days (which is part of the reason I bought this chair - it takes a long time to know if a chair will actually fit you and I haven't sat it in long enough yet).
But in actuality, it turns out that they require you to save the original box it came from for this entire duration - and it's impossible to return otherwise. Which is not as common, especially for items of this size. I mistakenly threw mine away as this wasn't properly noted, so now I'm stuck with the chair even if I find out eventually it's not very comfortable for me.”
