Hi Ken, Sorry for your experience. I can see that you placed your order on 24th December. Given the number of public holidays that take place at the end and beginning of the year, you received your order on 4th January - i.e., 6 working days after your order was placed. Given we try to ensure all orders are delivered within 5 working days we are happy to send a replacement pack of nibs to you or another individual product of your choosing. “Congrats to OForest on a great product. I've never tried Madhuka before and it's amazing. The powder is a great alternative to honey on porridge and the nibs are delicious with greek yoghurt. Extra vitamins too. What's not to like!?”

“Such an innovative product, glad to have discovered it. The flavour is amazing, almost like a burnt caramel without being sickly sweet - goes perfectly with my morning coffee or breakfast cereal. It has some great health benefits and I definitely feel energised for incorporating it into my diet. I will be a regular buyer for sure”

“Absolutely love the product, given its taste, versatility, health benefits and in particular the sustainability aspects (including supporting local farmers) around how the product is manufactured and is being sold in the UK. The packaging is extremely professional looking and grabs your attention about the health benefits; the oForest website is very informative whilst having a personal touch to it. My favorite are the nibs - love the caramel-like flavor, which we've used in so many different types of dishes cooked at home. Will definitely be buying more oForest products and recommending the products to friends and family!”

“Wow, where has madhūka been all my life? I put nibs in my yoghurt every single morning, and I’m trying to make it last but it’s very addictive. I’m a fan of smokey caramel flavour profiles and Ōforest’s just introduced something that is exactly that, with the health benefits too. I have the Air tea as well, and enjoy it so much. I am buying more tea as gifts for those that I love, just because it feels special and high quality like a hug in a mug. Highly recommend!!”

“I recently tried the 'Fire' tea. This was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the strong ginger notes. The tea was warming and I know I'll be drinking throughout the year. I also tried the Madhuka nibs which is an entirely new food product for me. I tried the nibs sprinkled on greek yoghurt and my porridge and it added a lovely sweetness to both! I'll be ordering more soon.”

“We tried the Madhuka Tea Water and Nibs and absolutely loved them. The tea was refreshing after a meal and the combination of peppermint and fennel worked really well. The nibs were delicious added to a trail mix of nuts and dried fruits. Will be buying again.”

“We have had the pleasure of trying all the products- all 5 of the different tea bags, the nibs and the powder. The teas are wonderful- delicate but pack a punch with the flavour (i think the original is my fave)- in this heat i would recommend using the lemon one to create a cold and refreshing ice tea. The nibs have a wonderful burnt caramel taste with a crunchy texture- perfect to eat solo to satisfy a sweet tooth or to add to an array of dishes from a fruit salad, to a granola or overnight oats, or even a salad. The powder can be used in a number of ways from hot chocolate to a salad dressing. What we love about this product is the health benefits, the versatility of use and above all else, the taste. Will definitely buy the full suite again!”

The Nibs are a super moreish snack and I love adding the Powder into my morning smoothie for added flavour and a healthy hit of vitamins and minerals.
