Hi Ken, Sorry for your experience. I can see that you placed your order on 24th December. Given the number of public holidays that take place at the end and beginning of the year, you received your order on 4th January - i.e., 6 working days after your order was placed. Given we try to ensure all orders are delivered within 5 working days we are happy to send a replacement pack of nibs to you or another individual product of your choosing.
