My item never arrived - Oh Polly failed to refund or replace and sided with courier who selected a safe place to leave my parcel, and didn’t provide a sufficient delivery photo meaning my items has never reached me. I’m a regular customer of Oh Polly’s but will never buy from them again.

I've been waiting for a delivery from OP; by 16:30 according to the emails. Nothing. Having delayed all day I now HAVE to go out. Ho Hum: off to the credit card company tomorrow. This year's failure with OP.

Delivery was a nightmare!! Additionally, I can't get in touch with customer service. I have ordered from Oh Polly before, and this situation is completely out of line with my previous experiences. I am incredibly upset with the way it was handled, and honestly, this situation has made me not want to purchase from Oh Polly ever again.

Ordered two dresses, it was written the delivery time 6-7 days,after 7 days they did not even shipped it. Wanted to cancel my parcel ,but no one is answering. Feeling fooled.

Initially was impressed by delivery and packaging and was assured by their 40 day international returns policy but the 40 days includes the time it takes for the drop to shop process to get back to them once you drop off the return and it took them over 3 weeks from the date I dropped the return back to the shop to get back to Liverpool from Ireland and they are refusing the refund because of this and are sending the item back, so really you only have a few days to decide if you want to return it

I know covid has affected delivery times, but it doesnt affect your team to update the "promised" delivery times, respond to emails, or send out apologies for the extremely belated delivery.

I have order a couple of dresses from Oh Polly and I’m left disappointed. There sizing guidelines are awful and never match the product. You cannot leave individual reviews on their products or anywhere on their website. I would not order again because it cost for delivery and to return or even exchange a product for a different size!

Ordered a dress on the 20th, paid for next day delivery before the cut off point for Christmas delivery to be delivered the 23rd. A week later still no dress & Oh Polly are claiming dress has been delivered. Absolutely disgraceful. Been left €55 out of pocket
