“ I returned the item and received an email to confirm return had been processed. After a month of no refund they say I had returned a non Oh Polly item! Bear in mind the email they sent back to me was 4am! This is not true as I sent correct item back. After questioning it I have had no response after 2 days. Shocking service ”
