“I loved it at first. Started on the drops then got a subscription for the capsuals. First lot of capsuals seemed to help loads. Opened second lot and they smell just like cod liver oil. My anxiety back and they dont seem to be working at all now”

“I can,t redeem my discount points i must have at least £10 judging by the orders i have made. Surely you can deduct the discount when you receive a new order, or do you not wish for the customer to redeem their discounts??”

Hi Ann, I've just taken a look at your account and you currently have 795 points - worth £7.95 in discounts. You can redeem these any time you place an order from either the cart or checkout pages. Just make sure you're logged in and you'll see your points balance listed at the top of the page and a box just underneath the cart where you can redeem them. “OK CBD oil is cheaper than LOVE CBD oil but the bottle is not as strong and less quantity, I feel it does not help me as much as LOVE CBD so I won't be using it again.”

Hi there, We use CBD extracted by CO2 distillation - this extraction method produces the most pure end product. The taste you may have experienced with the other product you used could be due to the fact that unrefined hemp oil was used. We also add flavourings to our CBD oils which helps to mask any of the residing hemp flavour that many find unpleasant. Hi Mandy, We're really sorry to hear that you haven't noticed any significant results yet. If you've tried the 200mg strength and you don't notice a difference to the pain, it might be that you need to try a higher strength. If you want to test this before committing to buy a higher strength, you can try increasing the amount of drops you take. “A nasty, thin watered down oil with an unpleasant vanilla flavour. A more viscous oil with the original, natural flavour would have been far more acceptable and easier to keep under the tongue for a few seconds. I won't be buying your product again.”
