“Hi, I got this to help for pain in my knee ,i got a meniscus tear operation a while ago, and in pain walking .I can't say i've noticed any relief from pain taking 4 drops twice a day 200mg ,maybe i need a stronger one?I'll be 70 in October maybe it's old age.i've also tried rubbing o my knee ?not sure if this help's . john martin”

“Love ok cbd products but was disappointed to open my 3 pack to bottles 3/4 filled and boxes had clearly been opened and closed again the outer cardboard box was used looking. Usually purchase from Gordon’s chemist and bottles are filled to the brim. Disappointing”

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with our products recently. I can confirm that no products are used before sending to online customers but the boxes can unfortunately become damaged in transit. The bottles used for our CBD oil are more than 15ml so the bottles are filled to just under the label as this is 15ml of oil. I will contact you via email so we can discuss this further. “My order arrived quicker than I thought it would, it was fast. I’m taking the CBD along side anti-inflammatory meds’ which seem to work quite well. Not sure at this stage if the CBD is helping with the pain but it does help relax me and help me sleep better. When I’m not having pain, if ever, I will try the CBD on it’s own to see if I am genuinely getting benefits from the CBD. Because of the pain I am in at the moment it is hard to tell for definite if the CBD is helping. But I am happy for now. Thank you.”

The effects of CBD can vary from person to person so it's a case of starting out and alternating until you find what works for you. The effects of CBD can also depend on what you are using it for. Hi Stephen, We usually recommend that you start off with 2-3 drops in the morning (or evening if taking to aid sleep). Regarding frequency, if people are taking CBD for general wellbeing they will usually do this once in the morning or at night (or both), however if taking for a specific need, you may find it better to try taking 3 drops when you feel you need it. Wait for an hour after taking your 3 drops and if you find that it's not having the desired effect, take 1-3 more drops. We recommend a maximum of 15 drops per day, however please be aware that there have never been any incidences of anyone overdosing on CBD oil. The effects of CBD can vary from person to person so it's very much a case of starting out at the recommended dose and frequency and altering this until you find what works for you. “As I have just got this cbd oil i can't rate it yet,I was surprised to see the ingredients contain NUT OIL which was not emboldened,luckily I do not have a nut allergy,my grandson does which is why I checked. the customer service is of high standard. Please look into this.”

Hi George, Technically, ours is a very different product; the product I believe you are referring to states the CBD content as a percentage, however this is a little misleading because it relates to the amount of hemp oil, rather than actual CBD content. Typically, this hemp oil isn't purified and only yields 7-9% CBD. We use CO2 extraction which produces highly refined CBD distillate, yielding 78-80% CBD. This is why we mainly refer to our strengths in milligrams as it gives a more accurate representation. As an example, our 400mg oil is approximately 10x stronger than their 2.75% strength product.
