“Only complaint was from the courier who complained about the weight of the parcel. As it was bulky, it probably would have been better in 2 parcels. The box was inadequate for the weight and was broken when it arrived. Fortunately nothing was damaged. Other than that, the usual excellent service, delivered when we requested.”

“We received our printer less than 16 hours after ordering it. Not only that but Oki Direct were able to tell us the hour of the day the delivery would be made...and it was. The printer worked straight from the box so all in all, a very satisfying experience.”

“We have found the Oki printer/copier more reliable than any other machine we have used. I cannot comment on their service as we have never had a problem with our printer in the 3 years we have had it.”

“Good Value and Fast Delivery. I was particularly grateful to have ordered a "spare" set of toners/drums for my OKI c711 as I had a service call the next week. The 3 year OKI warrenty covered labour but because the failed part (Magenta Drum had siezed up) was more that 20% used, The OKI service guy who came to my office was not willing to replace it under warrenty :-( so it was good I have one to hand. Watch out for this!!”
