“Excellent service with genuine parts (of course). The only place I will go for OKI consumables from now on. I have discovered that genuine parts from this source are cheaper than supposedly compatible items from some other sources (which never work properly in my experience ... YMMV).”

“Appreciated the fact that you accepted an overseas credit card. We are setting up in the UK and it's taking a LONG time to get our charity document together, then processed, then a bank account. Having you accept the card meant you got the purchase [unlike one of your competitors]. Thank you for delivering on the day you said you would. Grateful.”
