They emailed me last night to say it’s not in stock and would I be happy to wait 18 weeks!! Now my daughter can’t have her birthday present in time. Disgusting company. Not worth the risk ordering from them!!”
“Untrustworthy, terrible customer service, and poor product quality. Old Mill Saddlery have received so many bad reviews that they have turned off their Google Review page. I reported an issue and they have been investigating for over two weeks now and whenever I chase them for a response, I just get a standard holding email. I will now have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
I can never seem to get my head around why equestrian business owners are so commercially unaware. It is no wonder the general population have such a bad impression of equestrians when companies like Old Mill Saddlery prove those impressions are in fact warranted.
Highly recommend using a reputable retailer such as Redpost.”

Your company customer service is dire and I will certainly never buy anything from you again . I would absolutely not recommend old mill saddlery.”
“Ordered on next Day service, stating it was urgent. 2 days later tracking showed courier had not received so requested to cancel. Company refused. Order was only attempted for delivery 5 days later. Order was returned to company as it was too late. Company refused to refund any postage costs, despite paying for a next day service that was not received. They also failed to respond to emails regarding resolving this. Avoid.”
