“I last spoke with a Manager with Old Navy Card service name Alex which I only had questions about my balance and payments. Alex then started talking for a while after I received a answer to my question and then started asking questions about employment info which I decided not to provide because they already have the updated information they need for my car plus nothing has changed as far as my personal information on my card after I told ask nothing has changed and they already have the information they need she threatened to stop my card from making future payments. If I can give no starts for the bad customer service I received from their department I would. They shouldn’t threaten to stop my card from making future purchases just because they want certain voluntary information that they don’t need.”
“I visited on 12/22/25 and had a very frustrating experience at checkout. I was assisted by an older Indian women who would not stop pushing the store credit card. Despite clearly stating no to a credit card offer at least six times, she refused to respect my boundary. This level of persistence felt unprofessional and predatory. I expect a much higher standard of respect for customer decisions and boundaries. I left feeling uncomfortable and hoping after the store get renovated I or any customers won't experience this again.”
