“Terrell Roache, I would like to acknowledge the great hospitality, customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and expertise that I received from Old Navy in Lynnhaven Mall. A manager by the name of Chris was the greatest and worked very hard to assist me with an order that my mental health client screwed up by ordering the wrong items. She took her time from the moment I stepped in the store to explain the situation until the very end of the transaction. She made sure the item was refunded and returned by following the proper procedures, then she took it two steps further by patiently calling around to two other stores to see if they had the items in their store. She didn't just go by the system but she patiently waited by asking them to please put their eyes on the merchandise if they had it in their store. Thereafter when she received the final word that they either didn't carry the item or they were sold out. She took another step to get all my information to place an order online and have it delivered to my home address. I couldn't believe how she took as much time as she did to make sure my order was placed correctly and I left out of the store as a happy satisfied customer. I felt way better at the end then when I arrived. The team worked together to help her make this transaction a success. She worked diligently to serve me as a customer by hearing my needs and fixing whatever issues I had going on with the merchandise. If Corporate, Regional or General Managers will please take this opportunity to see the value you have in Chris at this location by addressing the professionalism and hospitality to serve the customers and make them happy. Please take the time on the behalf of myself and other customers to acknowledge Chris as the manager by showing her that Corporate and everyone else appreciate the core value that she represents for Old Navy. Many customers take the time to complain, no one takes the time to send their deepest regards to show appreciation for the hardwork and dedication of excellent customer service.
