Refund - Difficult

I ordered the Demelza dragon in May for £49 and I’ve only just found out the company has gone under without any warning, no refund, tried calling but no answer and I’ve now sent an email, no idea if a refund will be issued or the actual item to arrive

Very unhappy that no refund has been issued or that no contact has been made for customers with unfulfilled orders.

Ordered items not recieved correct ones, emails sent got replies saying will send replacement no joy several emails later no reply. Bad customer service then find out off here that they closed. No notice of closure or item or refund.

Do not but anything from these people at Olive & Sage I ordered a blue parrot lamp on April 4th still not received it and I’ve asked for a refund but still not received my money back, hopefully PayPal will get my refund for me

I have been waiting for my ítem over 3 months and received only excuses from their customer service. When I asked them for refund, I received an automated message that the company has ceased trading. How dishonest!!!

Shocking company, avoid at all costs. Still waiting for a delivery that was promised from 31st March, constant excuses, still no product and having to raise a credit card charge back as they won’t even refund me!

I am still waiting two weeks later for the table that arrived smashed to pieces costing £115 to be collected and they will not refund until its returned.

By now I had completely had enough, they have had my money for 5 week, I have been completely messed about from day one, and now all I’m getting is a refund.
