Hi sent back a garden mirror really disappointed with quality for the money found it difficult to send back through hermes contacted both hermes and olive and sage to ask for not one reply from either managed to send back in the end but not recieved acknowledgement from company to say they have recieved it and will be refunding my money very poor customer service.

I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDERS WITH OLIVE AND SAGE ONE ON THE 27TH JUNE AND THE OTHER ON THE 2ND JULY AND APART FROM THE RECEIPT I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM AND HAVE NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS. WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN TO WORRY I WILL NOT BE GETTING MY ORDERS AND BEGIN TO TRY AND GET MY MONEY BACK
