Never had a problem with customer service and they actually went out of their way to accommodate an extra prompt delivery at one point. Really sad. Hope they’ll bounce back somehow. Always found it quicker to msg them via Facebook. ”

I received an email to state this and to contact my payment provider which I did. I have now received a full refund. Very sad this company has had to close, they supplied excellent products and good service. ”
