“Check their website offers are valid before you buy!! I bought bedding using the 2 for 1 offer advertised. When the discount didn't come off the total I contacted customer services who said they would look into it and asked for proof of the offer. I sent it and received an apology saying they had forgotten to remove the 2 for 1 offer from their advertising. Very disappointed”
“I have placed an order for Xmas the order confirmation didn't arrive when I emailed the company I was told the order cannot be found. They asked for details which I provided but have heard nothing since and my emails asking for a refund are not being answered. The items were for Christmas I ordered in plenty of time but I won't need them now as Christmas is nearly here and it is unlikely I will receive them now. Last year my orders were great this year something quite wrong.”
