“The personalised blanket, Muslin wrap and bunny comforter I ordered all look beautiful and I'm happy with my purchase. I would give a 5 star rating however there was a dark foreign object sewn inside the bunny comforter I initially received which was very obvious when you held the comforter in your hand. The customer service I received when raising this issue was terrible with emails that seemed very unprofessional and telling me noone has held their comforter in the daylight before so they are probably all like this and pretty much being told I was too fussy for wanting a comforters without a foreign object in it. Eventually they sent me a replacement which looks much better and doesn't have any foreign objects in it.”
“Quality is good. I recommend that the company send parcels with signature request upon delivery because my first order got stolen due to not requiring a signature. I wasn’t compensated from this and had to re order.”
“Fast delivery but would be better if they had an option to add a note or card to the package, especially during COVID times. I asked to have a note written to say who the gift was from and this failed to happen. A little disappointed.”

There were 2 name's printed on the blanket and it appears one word is larger than the other.
It's still a lovely product but a bit disappointed.”
