“I love this site, so many sweets I like but unfortunately I have still not recieved the order I made in feb - it is under investigation and hopefully my amazing order is found - 3 starts only because I’ve not recieved order”

“we bought more than £20 worth of sweets for our daughter’s party, out of which STRAWBERRY LACES were soggy sugar has melted and ruined all the packs, couldn’t put SL in the sweet cones, otherwise rest were fine.”

“Amazing choice of sweets & snacks! So many you forget about and see them on their website and it takes you back to the good old days of the 1p mix style sweetie shop! Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is I did contact them on Facebook as I felt there was a quality issue with a product, the message was received and read however no response so felt very much they didn’t care so much about the aftercare service which is a shame. Would buy from again but maybe not the products that I had issue with”

“Apart from everything being put in a huge box that had some weird sticky stuff at the bottom of it and then all my sweet packages had to be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes after unpacking each one, I guess it was all ok but i get that they re-use boxes but they need to check boxes are clean and havent had anything leak into them before re-using”

“2 products of my order had the packaging damaged. The delivery guy left the order at the back garden with the bins and the products were damaged. I am no happy with that as I brought those products to give them to someone else.”

sorry for the delay here, it took 11 days to arrive however you do live on Shetland and this was at Christmas time and during the storms do delays would be a little longer than normal to your area

hi, all orders are trackable via the link we send on order confirmation and the multiple emails Hermes send. Sorry, it took longer than normal but it is Christmas so delays are more common.

“The chocolates were great the lollipops weren’t they were soft and stick on the out side and they came off the stick so easily couldn’t trust them for my grandchildren so I binged them”

“Trying to reduce my sugar after being diagnosed pre diabetic. Discussing with the NHS dietician she tells me the sweetners in what I bought are alcohol based and not right for me" sugar free". She suggests I seek sorbitol sweetened sweets. Do you stock any such sweets.”

“Sweets delivered but unfortunately my name was not recognised by the recepient and they sent the parcel back to Hermes. when I sent emails to you to advise you of this you informed me that you don’t put your address on the parcels 😳😳 which resulted in me not receiving my goods and out of pocket.. so disappointed”
