“I ordered Maynard's wine gums, which arrived exactly as expected but I can only award 3* as I also ordered Coconut Mushrooms for my husband which were a total disappointment as the packet only contained FIVE sweets - A total disgrace I think!”

“Registered as a new customer intending my order to be sent as a gift to a shipping address different to the billing one. After two attempts I was under the impression that this would be the case the order was still sent to my address. The delivery was prompt, accurate and well-received by my sister but I hope that future orders can be delivered to the appropriate address.”

“Fast delivery good sweets but not a lot in a packet the plastic packaging and sweet wrapping adds to the weight so you don't get many boiled sweets per packet. You really need to look at the packaged sweets and guess if your getting value.”

“Hi I made an order or over £13 great no problems buying before then I noticed the postage , the first post I noticed was free postage after you spend £7:50 that's great no problem I hadn't finished my order so I went back to the page to order my sweets then I noticed the free postage had now said free postage after you spend £12:00 my order came to over £13 so I continued my order to the paying page thinking I had done well over £13 in my order free postage , as I filled out the finish and pay part I noticed I didn't get my free postage as promised , no free postage no order ,”

hi free postage has never been on orders over £7 or £12 the message will say you need to SPEND a further £x amount to get free delivery Free delivery is currently on orders over £30

“I buy the sugar free sweets. They aren’t as tasty as normal sweets but better than going without. Also the toffees are very hard so be careful of your teeth. They are also more expensive than regular sweets.”

“Badly packed crisps in box with heavy chocs on top. Never arrived that way before. Sent complaint and got a couldn't care less reply blaming crushed in transit. Sent further comment that supplier responsible to properly pack so cannot be damaged in post. Not received any further communication since.”
