Hi Malcolm, We offer free phone numbers for both our sales and customer service lines. These can be found on our website, and in all of our correspondence with you. We only use 01782 (local rate), 0800 (free phone) and 0330 (local rate) numbers. All of these are included in the majority of mobile phone packages, and some landline packages. “Every year I would look online and find the best deal, and there were a whole range of prices some of them £100 more than I wanted to pay. Last year one sure gave me a good price for my van, under £300, and this year they came up with a similar price so I decided to stay with them instead of wasting my time searching. They are thorough with their replies, making sure you understand everything you need to know; the emails arrive promptly and thoroughly explain what I need to do.. Well done keep up the good work”

“when making equire.s the operatores were busyi waited for a few minuates then was asked if i wanted a ring back when someone was free it was great not what i expected and they did i was overwhelemd i did not think they would i,m very pleased with the way i was able to explain what i wanted i was given all the information that i needed a great service and a great team . many thanks”

“Went on a compare website, One sure came up with the best quote, Soon after I received a call from one sure which confirmed the price and terms and conditions. I ask one sure to send details by email as I wanted to still shop around. Email was sent straight away and I continued my research. After looking and speaking to many insurance company's they all said we will never be able to get anywhere near one sure quote and was advised more than once to grab the quote from one sure as they are 1 of the best around for price and service. It wasn't rocket science I had to go with one sure insurance due to great price quoted, and seeing that other insurance company's was advising me to do so it made my job of picking one sure from many insurance company's that much easier. Now that I have joined one sure I have even learnt that the customer service is fantastic and the systems they use within the company make my life that little bit easier to run my insurance needs. One sure maybe should change there name to Best Sure :) . Thanks for a great price / service.”
