“Email reminder with best price received a few weeks before renewal date. Phone call to confirm acceptance. All particulars confirmed and premium taken by friendly, business like team member. Amount of my time needed - just minutes. Quick efficient pleasant service and a low enough premium not to spend time getting comparison quotes! what more culd you want!”

“The service seems pretty good. I have not had a claim so difficult to get a true answer out of me , but every time I have called for some questions to be answered the staff were quick with there response back”

“Overall good service, but the email part of your website failed to transmit my Dvla code which led to some confusion. Eventually with the aid of the old fashioned telephone the matter was resolved satisfactorily.”

“Cannot fault the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Onesure however, their telephone system is the worst I have ever encountered. Crackly lines and inconsistent connection, get cut off regularly whilst on hold and so on.”

Hello Jennie, Let me first of all take this opportunity to apologise for the poor experience you had with our telephone lines. Being disconnected while on hold is not acceptable, and we would like to apologise for that first and foremost. From investigating the matter, I can see that when you called in, we were unfortunately experiencing phone line related issues that were out of our control. Rest assured, these problems have now been rectified and we are actively working with our telecoms providers to try and ensure that there is never a repeat occurrence. “It's heard to get through on the phone to try and make any changes I have called twice to try and change my address and just get on put on hold for a long time other than that I have no complaints very good and happy”

“New system is far too complicated and time consuming, why can"t the certificate be posted like the renewal was? I also asked for a quote for breakdown and recovery which I have not recieved? Have now recieved quote for breakdown cover, thank you”

Hi Craig. I am sorry to hear that you feel our SSA is complicated and time consuming. We have recently launched the online platform as a way of allowing our customers to digitally upload their documents - such as no claims bonus. I have passed your comments regarding the SSA onto our technical operations manager.
