Ordered a gift card, chose special delivery to receive by time needed.

Ordered then nothing received, called them and they suddenly announce 28 days to deliver gift cards that are advertised as taking 2 or 3 business days for delivery. Help line is useless 7 minutes and left hanging on to be told its not their problem if they aren't delivered.

So I had to just by one t shirt which then was less than the threshold for free delivery so I had to pay £3.

Very poor service, purchased a digital card to send as a gift, payment taken, no card provided due to technical issues. order placed last week, only today did I receive an email to advise a refund would take up to 7 days. what a joke. Will not be ordering again. no customer care at all. AVOID!!!!!!!

Useless scam that works nowhere and you have to fight to get a refund, do not buy, do not buy - such a painful process. STAY AWAY!!!

Fraud and theft. I was charged 4 days ago and haven’t received my card despite 5 emails and asking for a refund. Do not use!

After reading all of these reviews thrashing this company, I was absolutely convinced that my family had been scammed(since there was a couple people who gave these one4all giftcards as gifts this year). I was shocked when I got it to work. It was difficult but do-able. I traded in my gift card for an online express gift card. After swapping, you are given a code and pin that you would use as if it was a gift card and you have an option to print out a copy of it to show in-person. I had planned on going to the mall today but before, I went onto expresses website and checked the balance with the code and surprisingly the balance was there. I also had a worker check the balance in person and the balance was also there. Luckily, I did not have to interact with the customer service
