“ as per my Policy since 5 years I am paying breakdown cover when I add that on my policy price gone up , today I ask for my first call out in 5 years and had to pay £20.00 , there is no way to complain , no one to take the call , want my £20 back or there are many to provid better and honest service ”

A call was then received and only at that point was the recovery service dispatched. This all took 25 minutes. It all worked with no problem but rather long winded. Cannot fault GRS recovery who transported us home. ”
