“We were pleased with the whole process. The explanations were very clear and we were given ample time to ask questions and seek information. Cost issues were carefully explained and we were never pushed to make decisions until we were satisfied. The agent was polite, he explained each item fully. The health questions were expected and reviewed thoroughly. We appreciate the frank non pushy manner in which he sought information and feedback. As seniors, we appreciated his patience and frankness.”
