“My broker is Aisha and she was great to work with. She answered all my questions on my calls and by email in a timely manner and was patient as we weighed our options. When my Hugo email to confirm the policy link did not come through she assured me she would check in and sent me a follow up email to make sure I had confirmed the link whe it did come through. Trusting an online broker is not easy when it's just an email or a voice. Aisha is the real deal. She personifies customer service! I can't speak more highly of this interaction and process!”
