Service so bad, especially when something goes wrong. No contact numbers available. very generic responses on WhatsApp chat if you lucky they respond, mostly no response at all. Been waiting for my delivery for close to 4 weeks

No effort to resolve their error !!! Delivery fees also high where other online companies no charge on delivery.

However, in 2020 I made a R9000 purchase for a dining room cupboard and dining bench and since the delivery guys bluntly refused to carry the items into the house, I immediately reported it to customer service.

Since when do online shops have 5 working days a week, instead of 24/7? I ordered more than 4 weeks ago and no delivery and no refund They offer a tracking system which only starts after shipment which supposedly was after three weeks and after 5 days still shows dispatched.

Regular customer. Tried to contact them as order would not go beyond delivery address. Kept on failing. No one to talk to. Email would not go through. What a joke. They can't handle or service a regular customer. Other wrbsites available!!!!!

its called One Day Only because, after your first order, you realise how shocling their service is, delivery is and customer support is. As the business gets bigger, there service gets worse. Nothing but frustration from this company. Deal are not always worth the reward. 10 business days delivery, and that's if you lucky

I was under the Impression that I was one of few customers that"s past the level of disappointment and "gatvol" of Poor delivery after an order was placed a month ago for a simple pair of Caterpillar boots? There is no Telephone number available to have a direct conversation to one of the laid back Company Representative . Nastassja, Please wake up and service your Customers? Regards Deon
