One Day Only had false advertising and sold me a product that was substandard to what was advertised. They refused to refund the money or provide me with the advertised product. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Their prices also are marked at significant discounts but in fact are market prices.

Pictures are deceiving. Ordered swim wear and was defective, one side longer then the other.[Reject] The shade net I ordered also had holes in it and looked like it was made out of black refuse bags. When you return your order the same day when it eventually arrived they only refund 60% of what you paid. How ridiculous. Will never support them again.

I bought a Christmas tree from Onedayonly. The delivered product is of bad quality and is not the same as the product advertised.
I asked for a return and a refund and customer service keeps on telling me that they have contacted the supplier and are waiting for their response.
Onedayonly cannot be in partnership with suppliers that don't take care of customer queries, especially returns and refunds.

I have on 2 occasions now ordered and paid via eft, sending the proof of payment to the directed mail only to receive multitudenous mails advising my payment has not been received. Even upon resending (the brilliant our agents are are on skeleton staff?) I am still advised that payment was not made. A refund gets made 5 - 10 days later, no mention of my bank charges etc. This is a right royal farce!

Since when do online shops have 5 working days a week, instead of 24/7? I ordered more than 4 weeks ago and no delivery and no refund
They offer a tracking system which only starts after shipment which supposedly was after three weeks and after 5 days still shows dispatched.
