“Brilliant product- can't fault it at all, however inside the dew drop bee and bug hotel there was a box for swabs to clean it- this box was empty. When I tried to contact the company I just kept getting error messages and felt quite frustrated I couldn't raise this with you. I tried on my phone, pc and tablet and each time got the same error messages.”
