Hi Sarah, 1stly we can only apologise for not receiving your question which we would have replied too. We do hope you’re loving your products as much as we do. We do have the answers on our website for our customers under or packaging pledge. The Eco-Flo is Manufactured from a starch material and is a fully compostable void fill material which is 100% biodegradable. The product is fully soluble when saturated with water which takes away this issue of litter. It also conforms to EN13432. “The company is good,I love the idea and shipping was fast,but the mug is not insulated,so I don't see me taking it to work and drinking cold coffee...too bad,I wanted it to be good...”
