“Ordered & paid for 48 hour delivery, didn't come, contacted Evri who were delivering on web chat to say don't deliver we will have left holiday accommodation and guess what Yes they delivered two hours after we left for home so never received. One Pounds crisp response was we should have paid next day delivery, As you can imagine will not use again”

“I ordered 10 packs of crisps only 5 arrived, I emailed to ask what had happened and got an email to say that the item was out of stock and I had been given a refund for the 5 packs, I was not informed of this and If I hadn't emailed you when would you have told me. Your communication needs to improve.”

“Terrible company - avoid buying from them! Of the six Jack's product types that I ordered, five of them (that's 16 out of 24 packs of crisps) were weighted far less than what I ordered and listed on their site.... so if you order from these people, be aware that you might not receive what you have ordered - but they think it's acceptable because the packs are price marked.”
