“I found this site, and they are only a few miles away, so I decided to collect from their warehouse to save on paying a delivery charge. I ordered quite a lot, so I couldn't check them on site. On getting home, there were several packs missing. I emailed the company to tell them, and ask for a refund of the missing crisps. They emailed back to say that it had already been done. Sadly, I found this lack of communication bad for any company. If they knew there were missing bags, they should have let me know at the same time they messaged to say that my items were ready. They could have added onto that email that x amount of bags were missing, and that a refund will be processed. That way, it would have stopped me having to email them and then wait for a response, saving their time, and my frustration. The price was good, as I bought on a day there was 12% off everything, plus I found a 20% voucher online. I would order again on a discounted day, but other than that, sadly the poor communication has out me off.”

“Quick delivery service The date on the crisps only had 2 weeks left on them, so more than half the box went in the bin. Date wouldn't be a problem if you have a big family”

“Ordered over £50 worth of crisps. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. And on contacting company after waiting a week, they asked me.to wait another week, I did on messaging back they had nothing to say and nothing they were willing to do to help me. They said until noted as lost by courier they couldn't do anything. Was also in a position where I couldn't cancel until arrived and I really didn't want to go buy crisps at supermarket with that much on the way!! A joke, be warned your orders could take 2-3 weeks and this company will not help. Boxes arrive all shrink wrapped together on black wrapping, not food grade, anyway. And all boxes where so badly damaged. Luckily no crisps were hurt!”

“I was happy with the speed and prompt delivery but slightly disappointed with the best before date on the crisp I got, I didn't expect to buy crisp that go out of date in the same month I bought them, if I would have known I would not have made the purchase.”

sorry your parcel was damaged however this was out of our control as thousands of parcels are loaded in the courier vehicles and so parcels can be damaged on route.

“When I opened my order there was 3 packets busted open.I sent an email explaining this and yous asked me to send proof but I had already put them in the bin because they were all soggy and unedible so I couldn't send proof.I was more disappointed that you asked me to send proof instead of taking my word for it so don't think I would buy again”
