“Even though I was able to add the cycling shorts to my shopping cart, they were later removed because they were sold out. This happened after i repeatedly tried to log into my account. The login failed again and again, resulting in me just giving up. Then the shorts were sold out. I typed in the exact password, but it still failed. It should absolutely be possible to reserve the shopping cart while the information is typed in. To be honest, after this experience I might not buy from you again...”
“Really frustrating when you go to checkout and have all your items and qualify for free shipping, then because the website takes so long to load, items sell out, then you don't qualify for free shipping anymore. But I can't go back to add more items because then even more of my items will sell out. On launch days shipping should be free because everything sells out so fast. I've had to wait up to two weeks for an order to come in the past, which is crazy when paying for shipping. I still love Oner and will always buy, but the process has really not improved much even as the company has grown.”
“It would be nice if items were hold in the cart for up to 5-10 minutes. I had to try to check out several times because items were suddenly out of stock and I had to remove them from my basket again to try to checkout again. Otherwise nice website”
