“When you redeem your oner active points and than go back to the webshop before placing your order the redeemed discount code dissapears out of your cart. There is no way of finding it back as the code is not mentioned in the coupon confiramation email either. I lost a discount of 2€”
“On checkout, I wanted to see the discount from my points for an order but just to check. I had 11k points which converted to a €5 voucher but i didn't want this made into a voucher until it was over a certain amount. Even though i didn't end up using the points for the order it converted into a voucher i can use for later but it's not ideal as I can't combine my vouchers. Solution here would be to fix this within the loyalty program or allow the option to combine loyalty program vouchers at checkout”
“It's my fist time ordering from the Website, so I'm a little bit disappointed for 2 reasons, : 1. No live chat to help with the order, picking sizes and model...2. On the shipping terms, it says that any order above 99€ the express shipping to France is free, however when I Submit my order I was asked to pay 12€ for express shipping”
