“I really like your products but the scarcity marketing strategy, the over promising of product and the very rare product restocks of the effortless and mellow soft collections are a constant disappointment and puts me off ordering from new collections as you can usually only get random pieces from different collections in different colours and nothing fully complete as its always sold out. Quality of the products themselves are fantastic besides the white mellow soft, far too sheer but I know that's the nature of the material.”

“I have been saving the website on my browser for weeks, to check when items came back in stock. Most of the items I was on the lookout for didn't - but as some tights did, I decided to buy so I wouldn't have to wait for them.. again.
Some ideas for you:
- Actually send an e-mail with restock (have been on a list to recieve an e-mail for evergreen size M and recieved nothing, but then today suddenly they were there - still no e-mail about a re-stock)
- Maybe have an expected timeline that says when an out-of-stock item should be back. That way people have a timeline and know if its worth waiting for.
- It would be awesome to be able to choose a size and lenght, and then that was the default size when checking out other leggings. I had to ot only click all the way through the colors, then also "long" and then my size "M". It would make the process less of a hassel. Or maybe, get the colors to be underneath eachother, instead of the long horisontal line. That way more colors are displayed at once :-)

“Disappointed that most products were already out of stock before and after the go-live date for the black Friday sales. Disappointed that products in my shopping cart were sold out within 15 minutes of being added to the cart. The Website layout is difficult to navigate in terms of reviewing a single product e.g. the effortless leggings, very annoying going through the colours.”
