“I had items in the basket and was filling out the address, then when I went to check out to give my card information, one of the items was already sold out. Things in the basket should be reserved at least for 5-10 minutes. Seems unfair to wait until 6.00PM and then for this to happen”
“The website says 'free express shipping over €99' but actually it's just 'free shipping over €99' because you need to pay an extra €12 for express shipping even if you've placed an order above €99.”
“In general the shopping experience is very good. One thing that I find just a tiny bit annoying is that when I apply a filter to the search results there's no input to tell me to wait, the page simply freezes until the results are reloaded.
Same happens if I select a category from the top menu.
I am using Safari 15.6.1.”
