“As the item was out of stock, the team were great to communicate a realistic time when stock would arrive. As soon as the item came in, they let me know to place an order. A great service from start to finish, thoroughly recommended!”

“One side plate was completely smashed but kitchenware are putting one in the post today. The colour is off white but they are lovely so I don't mind. The dinner plates are very big however I can use the side plates if necessary”

“Excellent delivery and service from this store, but unfortunately on this occasion the item purchased was defective. I e-mailed the sales dept who responded next day and a full refund was given and I did not have to return the defective item. I will still continue to do business with this company.”

“Cellardine Wine Stopper/Saver selected from their website which clearly i.e shows the product I wanted with clear pictures and a code of VSS12. Wrong Stoppers were supplied i.e for WSB10'. Despite returning the incorrect stoppers and paying postage to return, they sent the same INCORRECT product again, stating that these were the VSS12!!!! Not according to their website. Staff member was "snotty" and full of her own importance as "she had packed the return". SAME INCORRECT PRODUCTS. I accept that I lost my temper and swore - BUT CONCEIT, INCOMPETENCE & INDIFFERENCE reign supreme!!!! Would not recommend an organisation that cannot think clearly to resolve Customer's problem with their service and attitude!!!”

“Ordered 4 ikonic gin glasses. when they arrived they were too small. Emailed several times to ask for a postage refund. No reply . Checked refund policy and apparently I have to pay for the return postage. Cost £5.50! Wasn't aware of this at the time. Wont use this company again.”

“Hi friends, this is No1 fraud online site. Don't buy any product in this web site. We have ordered green life soft grip 16 pcs ceramic non stick cookware set order#7574632. On 17.10.2019. But still we have not received the product from this online site and my money INR 4495.64 is cheated by this kitchen ware web site. We have sent many complaints to this site. There is no response from this site. If any one need more clarification pls call me. +91 9362123451. Its a fraud company....”

“Bought a dinner set that cost in excess of £80. Having ordered online, it wasnt until i recieved the items that i was able to see how poor they were. Id describe them as posh paper plates - no better than plastic plates for BBQs. After deciding to return them, i contacted their customer service, expecting to have a returns slip sent to me... but no. I am expected to pay in excess of £15 to send the plates back. Terrible product, awful service! Avoid.”
