“Please don't waste your time here I did try them, code was wrong also contacted them about it. I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK THEY SAID IT IS A PROCESS I ASK AGAIN AND THEY WANT A.VIDEO OF ME ENTERING THE CODE SO THEY ARE NOT GIVING MY MONEY BACK DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SAVE THE HASSLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE STAY AWAY.”

“I used the instructions on the website to get a number to come up on the radio screen, which their website indicates is how to get the serial number. I then entered this and paid my £9.99 to get the code. I then received an email asking me for the serial number on the box/manual/side of the radio because the number they accepted when they took my payment isn't the correct number (why let me pay for it then?!?!?!). If I had this information I wouldn't have needed their instructions or be paying for a code. They then said that they couldn't give me a code without it and refunded me £7.99 - Deducting £2 for the cost of sending me an email telling me they've charged me for something they can't do. Their 100% money back guarantee is a complete lie. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.”

“Terrible service. Didn't deliver in the specified time, went elsewhere and requested a refund. Was told multiple times my refund was being processed, and didn't receive my refund when they said I would. Opened a dispute with PayPal where the seller told me they would refund me, but it was not possible until I close the dispute. This is a common scam with shady sellers, as once a dispute is closed on PayPal a new one can't be opened. Dispute is still open now, still no refund.”
