“Having not remembered even signing an agreement with you you some how managed to claw Iver 800 quid from a tax refund that I processed myself. Never have I used ur services nor would I when I can do this myself without ur help how u guys get away with this is criminal tbf.”

“I let these thieves claim my refund, they I didn't bother cashing the cheque they sent me, after thier deductions. They should tell you what they'll take before you sign up.”

“I put in an enquiry in early January 2021, heard nothing back for almost a year, & what I did get back was more confusing paperwork, what appeared to be jargon filled forms that I did fill in as best I could & again, almost ANOTHER year on, have not received anything in return or response until this email. My enquiry received nothing in response in any way, shape or form. I gave up & never bothered to try to waste my time & chase it up.”

“Rip off merchants!!! They even take money from any other tax rebate you get even if they had nothing to do with getting the rebate because apparently in the small print you give them permission to steal your money. I did my own marriage allowance but the payment goes through them and they take their cut. It's a legal scam they have no Morales at all. Stay well clear of them”

“I used this service and was very disappointed, I wasn't expecting to receive hundreds of pound out of this but I basically didn't receive anything...about 3 pence, the rest was taken for administration fees...what a rip-off. I didn't even cash the cheque. My advice would be not to use this company and go straight to gov.co.uk and claim there.”

“I'd leave a 0 star rating if i could. Filled out all the forms etc and heard NOTHING back, ever. Avoid avoid avoid. Because i have made a claim (which never came to anything) i can't use the offical Gov.uk claim service!! Furious”

“Fraud ! I am a hard working teacher and gained a tax rebate of 60£ but they took fee and admin charges and I gained £4.24. This is fraud and DO NOT USE. I am returning check and asking tax office to investigate. They come through schools. I DID NOt give permission”
