I put in an enquiry in early January 2021, heard nothing back for almost a year, & what I did get back was more confusing paperwork, what appeared to be jargon filled forms that I did fill in as best I could & again, almost ANOTHER year on, have not received anything in return or response until this email. My enquiry received nothing in response in any way, shape or form. I gave up & never bothered to try to waste my time & chase it up.
