“Post NL stole my package and holds 0 responsibility for it! They marked my parcel as "delivered" on track and trace when it never actually was! I am home 24/7 coz of the lockdown in the Netherlands and there is no way I could have missed it. So I call the customer service and all of them tell me that this is often the case when in the depot they accidentally scan parcels and the status changes to "delivered" - and then it just stays there! like what???
these "lovely" people, who give 0 f*cks about you and are there just for the interior, then tell me to contact the sender who also tells me that they did everything on their end and it was the post service's responsibility to deliver it to me - makes sense, right? so now I lost 300 euros because someone miss-scanned my parcel and because the status of it now states "delivered" - no one is planning on coming to me and delivering anything! so now some post nl employee is probably enjoying the content of my parcel they got for free - and the most outrageous thing is that - every single review is just like mine!!!!! do you ever f**king read the reviews, post nl??? do you know how many people have lost their money because you are not providing the service you are PAID FOR ?????
I so genuinely wish for all post nl deliverers/employees to lose their money on a non-delivered package just like other people have - perhaps then they will get a little more concerned.”
“I used postNL's service for a return order from a customer to us. According to the tracking page, the parcel seems delivered. However, it was not. I was at home during the whole day that they claim the parcel delivered but nobody came for delivery. Nor, any parcel left to the neighbors. If this happened, PostNL must leave a notice paper about this information. Of course, no paper left my door. Regrding this issue, I have contacted to the customer service via Facebook, I was told that I have to contact the sender bout the issue. PostNL transports the parcel and they do not know where it is but They ask me to contact the sender or expect me to know where the parcel is now. This must be a joke. The company, service and the workers are totally useless. Not serious!!!! If you would like to waste your time and money, go ahead with them!!!”
“I send a package on December 6 to singapore. It should arrive after 4-6 days. The parcel did not leave The Netherlands until December 14 and was finally “delivered” at a popstation on December 23. When I called PTT post nl the employee was rude and unapologetic. Last time I used PTT post!”
“I am a valued customer of PostNL courrier service, because most of the time they run an efficient and inexpensive worldwide delivery service.
But when things go wrong, they go very wrong.
I sent a parcel in Scotland on December 10th, vial their website, and paid the extra insurance fee.
When abroad, the parcel is taken care of by their local carrier partner, in this case Yodell.
They read the PostNL label and their were unable to locate the address, because PostNL does not print out the full address as given out by the customer, in this case name and surname, house name, road, postcode and town: their label did not mention the delivery house name which in this case was mandatory...
Yodell sent back the parcel to PostNL to be shipped back to me.
Unfortunately, six weeks later, my parcel is still hidden somewhere into the PostNL network with no tracking available since December 29th.
After numerous phone calls and chats to PostNL customer service, posts on PostNL Facebook site and Messenger, 3 complaints enquiries filed, they still told me I have still 4 more weeks to wait for them to try and locate my parcel... which is not lost apparently!!!
They completely ignore my repeated requests to file an insurance claim for the contents of my parcel; they do not update me with any feedback; they "lost" the 2 first complaints I lodged, even tough I received a reference number for them.
I do not trust PostNL anymore and I believe it is a really disrespectful way to treat a customer.”
