“It was ok my mystery box, plenty items, although some items were of no use. Received a pen that didn't work, the deodorant stick had to be binned it just crumbled. Hopefully other items will be ok.”

“Very impressed with items that arrived however a week later I am still awaiting a refund for 2 of the items that weren't sent in my order despite emailing them twice so overall not 100% happy with my experience with this store won't order again until refund has been given”

“Unfortunately, one item arrived broken and three others were replaced with items I did not want. When I called the company, I was told that the items had been replaced due to being unavailable, however they were still being advertised on the website. On the good side, I was offered a refund on the broken/ substituted items immediately, ( without asking).”

“Packaging was pretty bleak a large box for minimal items with a handful of polystyrene swirls thrown in. 1 product out of date plus product details in another language, helpful if your anything but English! Another different from what I ordered and one item missed off completely. I ordered two other bits that were great value for money. Its the chance you take, I doubt I'll order from here again. I've contacted about my missing item to which I've not received a reply. My advice, don't get too wrapped up in this website, if something looks or seems to be too good it probably is!! I wish I'd of read reviews first as many have experienced same issues. Just be warey”

“Prices were great However the substitutions made were not great. Same item just different patterns. Should have been asked if I wanted before posting out. I was offered to post them back and I’d get refund but really wasn’t worth it. I will use them again and hope this was a one off.”

“I love pound store being online, I don't even mind the £5 p&p The items in stock are Fantastic,top brands. BUT what doesn't make me happy is twice now my order has not arrived and i had to chase it up. Loads of my items have been missing when my order does arrive. I would like my missing items to be sent out when back in stock.”

“Mixed emotions actually... I paid 5.95 for next day delivery and received it 6 days later.... i phoned them twice the first time they told me it would be with me today ... it wasn't it came 2 days later... and some of the items must have been put in a box for 5 years...”
