“Our primary disappointment wasn't with the training itself but the billing. We initially established an account with a dozen slots and received the discount. Later, we had to add three more slots for which we didn't receive a discount. There must be some way to manage an account's running total over the course of a year to provide the discount as specific quantity levels are achieved. Just a thought.”
