Customer service is poor. I asked a question to the help chat a week ago, the help chat's activity status said 'Back Tomorrow' when I sent it and I received a notification that I would receive a reply in both the chatbox and to my email, but nothing has been sent.

Hi Tonya, sorry to see that you were disappointed with the course. The particular course you purchased had an entire module on supervisor duties and requirements relating to workplace violence and harassment. Also, it contained relevant information relating to the legislation in the very first overview module. I've sent you a DM to chat more about what you feel was missing. Best Regards, Dave

I was looking to advance myself through the WHMIS site but after starting I had to attend to an important matter but upon returning I was told that I would need to re-register (meaning pay fees and all), which I still find very unreasonable and would advise any person that I know who are signing up for advancement through programs hosted by WHMIS, highly against doing so.

Hi Shyam, Sorry to hear that you had issues and I'm hoping to discuss your experience and come to a resolution. Can you please let me know who specifically told you or where you got the idea that you had to re-register and pay again? I can't find any live chats, emails, or phone call logs indicating that you reached out to us. We also sent out a courtesy email the day after purchasing the training asking you how everything is going and if there's anything that we can do for you. I've not seen any responses to this either. If you could let me know, it would be helpful in me determining what happened. When our training is purchased, learners have the ability to leave and come back as frequently as they like, without paying again for the training. During your checkout, you created a password that would let you log into your account. Any time you return to the site, you would simply log in using your email address and password and resume your training. We've never charged someone again to resume the training that they've purchased. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you to resolve this. I've also sent you a direct email to follow up. Extremely long, this is for a person who’s never been in the trade. Way to much information the person would miss the basics . This course is a dragged out joke

Scam alert. Terrible experience. Didn’t realize the default option was to buy WHIMS for another person. After I purchased the training I had to register an employee. I could not do the training myself. Once I registered myself as an employee it said I need a minimum of two employees registered. The website was very misleading and in my opinion a scam. I then tried to contact someone by using the chat tool to get a refund. No reply. I then went to another supplier to complete my training. I will never use online Whims again.

Hi Michael, I want to personally apologize for the inconvenience. What you described is not a typical experience for our customers and I'm currently investigating to determine what exactly happened. I've refunded the entire cost of your order and have left the WHMIS course in your account so that you can use it for future certification. I've also added an additional Ontario Safety Certification course to your account for your troubles. The duration of the course is very short. In my view it is difficult to remember all of it for long time. It is just a formality without any use.

Good evening David and thank you for your note.The experience was very surprising as I feel I got ripped off to be honest. I purchased 2 tests as I was suppose to get 2 certifications, one for my self and one for a co worker who does not have a credit card. At the end your site ended up charging me twice for one test and had to pay a third time for his test. I planed on calling you guys but was not able to find a phone number for you so thank you for reaching out to me and now that you did, I'm hoping you will reverse the over charge.Thank you, -Edgard Hoyeck.

Volume quit on it half way through. Would have been much more convient if the app performed properly.
