“We paid two times from same account. Need two guys certificates did test two guys. But we can't change name on certificate. We got two certificates on same name. Sent you email but nobody help us.”

“I believe you need to incorporate a male-related example into your section on dressing appropriately, as a trainer. As a female, I found this very condescending as it indicates that only WOMEN need to be concerned about low-cut tops or short skirts. An example you could incorporate would be. "Ripped Jeans" or "Stretched Out T-Shirts" to allow for a less sexist example of dressing inappropriately.”
