The clock inside the table is not attached to anything and so does not work properly, the hands are bent and do not move

I like the merchandise - seat pads for "Eiffel" chairs. They are what I was looking for. But communication from Only Home left a lot to be desired. After my initial order, having received no confirmation of delivery, I sent a query and was told item was back ordered (although supposedly in stock at the time I ordered) and expected to ship August 8. August 8 came and went with no info, so I inquired again by email and phone. I received a response that said the order was being shipped and I was provided with a tracking number, then received another email shortly thereafter that said it wouldn't be shipped until the following week and I'd be notified in advance when to expect it. Then the package just appeared one day with no prior notice. Everyone was polite and friendly - just didn't quite know what they were talking about.

The items themselves are fine, well packaged and what I expected however the delivery process was terrible. Following placing the order and receiving the confirmation emails I heard nothing more. So I was very surprised to find when returning home from work one day the 8 dining chairs delivered and left on my driveway, I had no notifications to say they were coming. The following day I received an email with tracking information, for the items left the previous day, left in broad daylight on an exposed drive for anyone to help themselves to! Luckily they were untouched but pretty bad service.

The furniture is very nice and in line with my expectations. But I remove two stars because of the delivery process, which has been a nightmare. Please stop working with DHL, this company is a disaster. They only deliver during working hours Mon to Fri, and are simply unable to provide clear information or even respect the schedules they announce themselves. I ended up picking it myself at the DHL depot, costing me more time and money than a paying delivery with a serious company would have. Many other delivery companies do a much better job, and you should at least give the customer an option.

Great product but customer care seems poor because you can’t talk to the support team. More communication with customers would make a huge difference
