Soon over 20 mails and messages with the support and nothing happened so far!
Unbelievably bad!

I managed to obtain a copy of the offending hotel cancellation email proving that Opodo had taken my money, cancelled the hotel room and then resold it again at a higher price without informing me - or the hotel - and issuing no refund.
