When I tried to cancel the membership, I was told I would not receive a full refund and customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive.

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would have chosen that! My flight was cancelled by the airline and I did not receive my refund after more than two months by now! Soon over 20 mails and messages with the support and nothing happened so far! Unbelievably bad!

I submitted a formal complaint and refund request to Opodo with all documentation on 15 February 2025 — they never responded.

They claimed to have "forwarded my refund request to FlyOne but hadn’t heard back" and told me I should now deal with the airline directly.

Despite multiple complaints, their customer service refused to refund the unauthorized charge, showing complete disregard for ethical business conduct and customer rights.

Absolutely horrible! I booked flight then later charged me extra 100 said I agreed join the prime! Only refund 50% stolen my money from my flight account!

I managed to obtain a copy of the offending hotel cancellation email proving that Opodo had taken my money, cancelled the hotel room and then resold it again at a higher price without informing me - or the hotel - and issuing no refund.

The airline credited Opodo and told me to get my refund from them.

We ended up having to rebook a ticket because Opodo was incapable of making the necessary changes and have since blanked any request for refund.
