Opodo have done everything in their power to not issue a refund despite the hire company confirming they had no vehicle for us!!

For aexample, if they book the flight with th wrong name they take no accountability and when you cancel they do not give the full refund from the airlines but they withhold about 100 even thought it was their mistake to begin with.
