What a joke, I had a voucher to use from Go Compare and thought I would sign up to free trial of Prime and get a great deal,,, WRONG !!!!!! I did not know E dreams was part of Opodo, next day £99 comes out of my account, I call to cancel this and they say, you can get the difference back to the price of the normal flight which was £43 refund.

They addressed my complaint promptly and professionally. Receiving a full refund last week was a great relief. Their accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.

This sounds benign but actually is a scam as they take 33% of refund claims! It's very easy to claim a refund from the airline directly.

It is now more than one month from the cancellation date, and the airline has told me that they have processed the refund, but Opode has not yet refunded me.

Beware of this company and it's subscription renewal!! They run a lot of one year free subscription through various well known companies, then out of the blue without any prior renewal notice they take your money and will not refund you!! Trying to get through to someone in customer services is a nightmare.

No refunds for memberships that were worthless and never used, even within 24 hours of starting a membership they will not refund you.

DO NOT USE!! I hired a car through Opodo, when it came to collect the car the hire company didnt have anything available. Opodo have done everything in their power to not issue a refund despite the hire company confirming they had no vehicle for us!!
