we have a flight book tomorrow from London to Valencia with RYANAIR but cannot log into the Ryanair customer varification in order to check in. Flight number FR643.

The flight booking made on 30/12/2021 for travel on 20/02/2022 was canceled by one of the sectors by AIRLINE. With an agreement by OPODO live chat, requested cancellation and flight booking was canceled (ref: 8518567207) agreed refund. Now 9th month is running, REFUND not yet received. Several hours spend by discussing LIVE CHAT and communication through e-mails not found any progress. WHAT SHALL I DO TO GET MY REFUND. Only mistake I made is trusted OPODO and booked flight. Appreciate support.

Waarom hebben jullie zonder mijn toestemming 54 euro uit mijn rekening gehaald voor een jaarlijkse Opodo Prime abonnement waar ik helemaal geen interesse voor heb? En waarom reageren jullie niet op mijn mails? En waarom betalen jullie dat bedrag dat jullie zonder mijn toestemming uit mijn rekening gehaald hebben niet terug? Ik noem dit wel een soort diefstal!

How do you pay the flight you book... l found a flight with OPOD came to 188 euro paid with my normal credit card it went through then up popped BW BANK and wanted my bank information because they say the are a secure bank ??? I am not familiar with this bank also Ryanair used the same trick on me.... so l have ended up with no confirmation of booking what is going on with this BW BANK l think it is a German bank not too sure... would be grateful for any information

Very frustrating situation. No direct communications with Opodo. All chat and long waits on the telephone. I am continuing to email Opodo for the refund we are due from a cancelled flight due to covid. Airline has refunded Opodo. Booking ref is 4925369205. Name is Lisa Baylie. Your automated telephone service has declared that the money will be paid into the credit card account from which it was paid. We are still waiting. It is our money. Can you please sort this out. Thanks Lisa

Have become totally frustrated with OPODO. Since the 09/05/20 my request for a Flight REFUND has got no further than the requested stage. The only source of information is via, a Chat Robot who keeps telling me that I am being passed onto a Human, who has never materialize.

How do I get someone to look at my complaint. 3990055377. Eurowings B59Q2L. I booked flight and hotel. 288€ the Hotel was the Roc Leo with breakfast included. I took this deal because i had stayed at this hotel before. And for the price it was very good for that location. When I got the confirmation it showed flight only. I called and email edreams. They told me I only booked the flight. I sent the screenshots of how and where I booked it. They told me if I wanted a hotel I must book it separately. Or cancel the flight. They give me the number for Eurowings. I called them. They said if I canceled it I would only get back approximately 30€. I asked about why do I have insurance if I cannot change or cancel it. They said I would have to take that up with the insurance company. So after 10 phone calls and emails I was told if I want a hotel I would have to book it. So after this i booked a hotel which cost me 249€. Instead of 288€ i paid 299€ for the flight alone. I have returned home and would like someone to look at the possibility that a mistake was made and correct it. And why do you sale insurance that is no good with basic fare tickets. I feel very strongly about this because it screwed up my wedding anniversary trip. If I cannot get any results then I will have to legally obtain results.

How do you get away with such pathetically poor after sales? I have never known a company turning over millions getting away with such shoddy service. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE. never again!!!
