“Ordered on the 4th of January. I have as of yet received my item nor have there been any information sent to me about the item being shipped or when it can be expected. NOT VERY GOOD COUSTERMER SERVICE.. And your going to send me a servey asking if I received my order in a timely manner? 😂 I am unable to answer any other questions cause I don't havE MY ORDER!😵”

“You were given the wrong email address. You should validate email addresses before acceptance and use. I've tried yo unsubcribe as well as reply to emails to get this resolved. However, you do not have the apprpriate systems in place or ignore the Unsubcrides. Nor do you have an email that can be contacted listed in your emails. Please stop sendi g as I am not your customer. Who knows whom you have sent ammo to and whether they gave you a valid name.”

“Terrible product and upset I spent my money on this product. Followed the instructions perfectly and even watched so many videos and the adapter just wouldn't go in my shotgun. I wouldn't recommend that product to anyone! I will definitely make sure to be very vocal about my experience so people can be aware of the quality of the product. If this is made it Texas it's a shame! I'm a proud Texan and getting something like this is a slap in the face.”

“It’s not here yet. It was supposed to be delivered Friday the 2nd. Please in the future give customers to use other shipping option. In this case it would have been worth the possible increased shipping charge.”

“I placed my order 019999 on 9/16. My order has still not arrived. The tracking number says it has not moved in over a week. This is not Opsul's fault i dont guess. But why is it that there is NO customer service number for your company?! Seems EXTREMELY SHADY!”

“Had to tape it in place with duct tape. Installed it correctly many times in my 12 gauge Shockwave and it always came loose after first or second shot. May consider the original model as 2.0 is no good”

“When I load Aguila mini-buck rounds into my Mossberg 590 A-1 Tactical, it easily accepts the 12 rounds, but when I rack it, the feed gets discombobulates and sometimes 1-2-3 shells will exit. I can’t use it.”
